About Us

Trinity Church was founded in 1926. Our founder Pastor Robert Espinoza
came to San Fernando from Los Angeles and immediately began personal
work, winning souls for Christ. In the early days, he and his wife Dolores,
Co-Founding Pastor, rented buildings and met in homes until in the 1940's
when they built what is our Praise Chapel.

The Main Sanctuary was built in the 1960's. It was reconstructed after the
Northridge Earthquake of 1994. Today, the English-speaking fellowship
Trinity Church, and the Spanish-speaking fellowship Iglesia La Trinidad,
enjoy services under one Lord, one Pastor, and one mission: To Exalt the
Name of Jesus, to Edify one another, and to Evangelize and share the love of
God with a lost and hurting world. There are many opportunities to minister to
others and to be ministered to.

Our founding Pastor Robert Espinosa had a vision for missions and we
continue his legacy today. We believe in reaching the world as well as our
local community for Christ. We believe in intimate and life-changing Worship
as well as dynamic and powerful preachings. Trinity Church has undergone
many positive changes over the years, however, there are some things that
will not change. We believe that Jesus Saves, Heals, Fills with the Power of
the Holy Spirit, and is Coming Soon!
