SELF DEFENSE

Our 6-week Self Defense class, led by Jennifer Silverstein from Krav Girl Tactics, begins January 26. All classes will take place in our church social hall at 4pm Sunday evenings. The cost is $10 per class for Adults and children 10 years and older. Sponsorships are available upon request.
